What WIMD is
WIMD is a guided self-diagnostic for career direction. It helps you name what you want and test it against the real world. It is a thinking tool, not professional advice: it is not licensed career counseling, therapy, financial, or legal advice, and decisions you make remain yours.
Your account
You need an account to save your work. Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You must provide a real email address; it is how your access and recovery work.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid tiers are billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel any time and keep access for the period already paid. Trial offers convert to paid at the end of the trial unless cancelled first. Access codes grant the tier and duration stated when they were issued to you.
Refunds
If something went wrong with a charge, email damian@whatismydelta.com within 14 days of the charge and we will sort it out. We do not refund partially used subscription periods as a matter of course, but we read every request.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse the system, no scraping other users' data, no using the app to generate or distribute unlawful content. We can suspend accounts that do these things.
Your content
Your answers and outputs are yours. We claim no ownership over what you write or what the app generates for you. We process them only to run the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep WIMD up and working, but it is provided as-is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will note the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell account holders by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
